CONCRETE 11 is a residential project that satisfies the desire to live close to the center of Lisbon while maintaining a strong link with the surrounding environment. The architecture of the house integrates harmoniously with the urban and rural landscape, thanks to the use of sober materials and the organization on two levels.

CONCRETE 11 is a residential project born with the intention of offering the possibility of living close to the center of Lisbon, without giving up sharing with the environment that characterizes a country house. This innovative architectural concept has allowed the house to interact harmoniously with the surrounding context, turning a wish into reality.

The urban and landscape integration was guaranteed through the careful choice of materials for the facades, which give the volume a sober and camouflaged appearance in the surrounding terrain. Thanks to the presence of a land with a steep slope, it was possible to build the house on two superimposed levels. The lower part, embedded in the ground, acts as a solid base, while the upper part, represented by a white element, seems to levitate above it. It is precisely in this section that the social area of the house develops.

The choice of materials was essential so that this volume was not only a house, but also a sculptural work. Priority has been given to the use of materials of national origin, such as wood and natural stones, which give the property an authentic character. Even some appliances have been chosen with care, favoring those that respect the environment.

The interiors have been designed with the aim of creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere where the noise of the city has no place. Every detail has been taken care of to give the house a unique and modern character, responding to the needs and preferences of the customers.

The end result was extremely positive. The owners of the house feel truly at home, thanks to the customization offered in every dimension. At the same time, the urban aspect of the project has been developed with great attention to ensure respect for the surrounding environment, demonstrating a genuine ecological sensitivity.

CONCRETE 11 is an excellent example of how architecture can combine the essence of the city and nature in one project. This house combines style and functionality, respect for the environment and living comfort. It is a real architectural jewel that demonstrates how it is possible to satisfy the needs of the residents without compromising the beauty and harmony of the landscape.
