A recognizable archetype characterized by a set of volumes that form the house, CASA CG – PEDRO HENRIQUE ARQUITETO it has been modified: 2023-02-20 di Benedetto Fiori

This place is characterized by a set of volumes that form the house, which embodies a recognizable archetype and which divides the intimate area from the social one, separating the bedrooms from the kitchen and living room.

The place rises from an elevated level with respect to the road, opening onto a field, defined by large trees that give us visual sensations, experienced as a result of the different color palettes that each season brings with it.

The volumes that form the house are organized in different orientations in search of the best relationship between them and with the outside. The contrast between the raw concrete facades and the interior of the house creates an intimate tactile sensation, experienced through the patios, skylights and stairways.

The social zone extends outwards and upwards, creating a variety of living spaces and proximity for members of the family unit. The intimate area, on the other hand, borders on a covered outdoor space that guarantees privacy and allows, at the same time, natural light to flood the interior.

In order to intensify the relationship with nature, the house evokes the simplicity and sobriety that characterize the surrounding environment. The surrounding trees become an integral part of the design, providing a continuity between the inside and the outside.

This house, which emerges as a kind of refuge in a place surrounded by nature, represents the perfect balance between design and functionality. The architecture blends with the surrounding nature, offering a unique experience for those who live there.

The use of raw concrete as the main material of the facades, combined with the use of wood and steel, creates a surprising contrast between the structure and the natural elements that surround it. This creates an effect of continuity between the interior and exterior of the house, giving the sensation of being immersed in nature.

The large trees found in the garden provide a pleasant atmosphere, offering shelter from the sun and heat during the summer months, while during the autumn and winter, the colors change and the landscape becomes more melancholy.

The large windows of the house offer a spectacular view of the surrounding garden, while the interiors of the house are characterized by soft and light colours, which create a welcoming and warm atmosphere.

The house is organized in such a way as to offer a wide variety of common and private spaces, in order to satisfy the needs of all family members. The intimate area has been designed to offer a quiet and private atmosphere, while the social area has been designed to create a more dynamic and lively atmosphere.

Ultimately, this house represents a unique experience that allows its inhabitants to connect with nature and enjoy its benefits. Thanks to the use of natural materials, the large presence of natural light and the proximity to greenery, the house is a healthy and regenerating environment.
