The Cool Blue villa in Marbella on the Costa del Sol in Spain is a modern villa project that stands out for its contemporary style and its perfect integration with the surrounding Mediterranean environment. The project was carried out by the Dutch architectural firm 123DV, which worked closely with the Dutch expert Culimaat for the construction of the central island in the kitchen in HIMACS.
The central island in HIMACS is the protagonist of the kitchen, with its triangular geometric shape that harmonizes perfectly with the layout of the room and the large window that separates the external environment from the internal one. The HIMACS Solid Surface material proved to be ideal for the construction of this structure, as it is resistant, hygienic and safe, as well as having an incomparable aesthetic appearance.
The kitchen is just one of the spaces in this modern villa, where the dominant style is white, used for the furniture and walls to amplify the brightness and spaciousness of the rooms. However, the presence of backlit wooden walls, integrated appliances and stairs in a burnished shade create a pleasant contrast with the white, giving the context a feeling of warmth and welcome.
The Cool Blue villa has been designed for the maximum convenience of the residents, with the possibility of managing all the technical devices through the smartphone or tablet. Furthermore, the lighting of the facade can be controlled via a special app, which allows you to adjust the brightness of the vertical slits and create a warm and welcoming feeling even outside the house.
One of the most spectacular elements of the villa is the large swimming pool with transparent corners, which blends perfectly with the Mediterranean character of the building. The Cool Blue villa is an example of modern architecture that integrates perfectly with the surrounding environment, creating an elegant and functional living space where beauty and comfort are in perfect harmony.
