The Brickell Flatiron, designed by Iosa Ghini Associati, is a work of architecture and design built in Miami (1001 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33130). A 64-story tower, one of the tallest residential buildings in the downtown Miami neighborhood.
The new high rise houses 527 units with a 64th floor spa suspended in the sky 224 meters high. For the housing units, with spacious floor plans thanks to the curvilinear shapes of the structure, there are types from 1 to 5 bedrooms, penthouses and duplex residences.
The units are furnished according to a bespoke project and with the highest quality Italian furnishings and finishes.
