The “Alfa Romeo 4C Designer's Cut” project is part of Heritage's “Reloaded by Creators” programme, where the team led by Roberto Giolito creates one-offs or few-offs based on discontinued cars. This initiative aims to keep alive the timeless charm of the Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Abarth brands, restoring historic models to their original beauty through careful restoration work.
The 4C is a true masterpiece of Italian design and technology. His concept car made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in 2011, causing unprecedented excitement among sports car lovers. In 2013, Alfa Romeo started production of this coupe, with a clear mission: to offer top-level performance, exciting design and technical excellence for an engaging drive.
The car, designed by the Alfa Romeo Style Centre, is inspired by iconic models from the brand's past, such as the legendary 33 Stradale and the Scarabeo, managing to combine mechanical requirements with an essential and refined style typical of Alfa Romeo. The interiors are equally essential, with particular attention to the driving experience. The exposed carbon fiber of the central cell creates a sense of lightness and technology, contributing to the low weight of the car, which stands at just 895 kg.
Under the bonnet, the 4C is equipped with a lively 4 cm³ 1750-cylinder turbo engine, capable of delivering 176 kW (240 HP) of power, combined with the "Alfa TCT" dual-clutch automatic transmission and the Alfa DNA selector with Race mode. Thanks to this combination, the car boasts impressive performance, with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4,5 seconds and a top speed of over 250 km/h.
