Situated between vineyards and enchanting landscapes, this residence celebrates the harmonious fusion between architecture and nature. The villa offers extraordinary outdoor spaces, elegant interiors and a continuous connection with the surroundings.

In the heart of Northern Italy, among landscapes of vineyards, historic villages and castles, stands an extraordinary work that celebrates the beauty of nature and contemporary architecture: Villa K. This refuge, designed by the Alvisi Kirimoto architecture studio, stands on a hilly plot of two hectares, integrating perfectly with the surrounding landscape and offering an authentic and luxurious rural living experience.

Harmonious integration with the landscape

Villa K occupies an area of 910 square meters and is made up of two pre-existing volumes that recall the rural architecture typical of the region, as well as a small addition. The architecture is designed to favor panoramic views, and the main entrance is oriented towards the surrounding landscape. The innovative use of wood creates a visual link with the surrounding vineyards, while the terraces for vegetable gardens and green spaces dedicated to sports help integrate Villa K into the natural environment.

Extraordinary outdoor spaces

One of the most impressive features of Villa K is the spectacular infinity pool with panoramic views over the valley, surrounded by an elegant wooden deck for the solarium. To preserve the natural context, large trees have been maintained which provide shade to the areas paved with local stone, connecting the two buildings. The path from the access to the villa is a visual experience in itself, with a gravel road and a cobblestone walkway in Luserna stone that guides guests towards the main volume.

Contemporary architecture and nature in harmony

The heart of the project is the wooden extension that expands the living area of the main building. This transparent structure blends into the pre-existing architecture, using natural materials such as oak for the floors, walls and ceilings. Large windows give brightness to the interiors, while a pergola offers a porch space overlooking the garden and pool. This space houses a barbecue area and a pizza oven, completed by a large teak table for pleasant summer days.

An architecture that respects nature

To ensure landscape continuity, practical amenities such as underground parking are hidden underground. The extension to the basement of the main body develops around a new green patio, which brings natural light to the surrounding areas and presents itself as a cozy oasis.

Elegant and welcoming interiors

The main villa is spread over three levels, offering a kitchen, a dining area and a large living room on the ground floor. The master bedroom, with walk-in closet and bathroom, is located on the first floor, with openings that open outwards. In the basement, there are the services, a wine cellar which houses a private collection of over 3.000 bottles and two suites, each with independent access from the outside or from the ground floor.

Another two-storey building houses three further suites, each with independent access from the outside. The interiors are characterized by natural materials such as microcement, local stone, and natural oak, creating an elegant and welcoming style.
