This apartment was created for a young couple starting a new adventure together. They wanted a place where they could relax and feel comfortable after work, integrating their need for entertainment, such as movie nights with great sound, morning coffees with a view and a cozy corner for baths and beauty routines.
Interior designer Lesya Pechenkina carefully incorporated all these needs into the design of the house, from the big picture to the details.
The layout of the apartment provides separate spaces for living and privacy, making it appear larger than its 140 m². As you enter, the layout impresses with its clever use of space, balancing the kitchen and living area around beautiful views from the windows. The living room is comfortable but practical, perfect for meetings or quiet moments with coffee, enjoying the view.
The master bedroom, designed for privacy, uses dark, soothing colors and even features a unique wall mural for an extra touch of personality. The decor combines modern and Art Deco styles, combining different textures and materials – such as metal, soft fabrics and marble – to create a rich and inviting environment. Special attention was paid to custom-made furniture and smart home features that manage lighting and audio, adding to the apartment's charm and functionality.
This project is all in the details, ensuring that each piece of furniture and decoration contributes to the overall feeling of warmth and welcome. It is a place designed not only to live in, but to enjoy every moment.
