Attention to the environment is always among the priorities of the Venetian company: European Oak is one of the woods selected by Cadorin with the brand Legno Più Km Meno. This means that it is supplied within close proximity of the Cadorin company headquarters (500–‐700 km), thus helping to reduce the impact on the climate caused by the emission of greenhouse gases by means of transport.

The parquet Oak Brushed Opaque White belongs to the collection Plank Elite, perfect for those who love the details and wants to play with the different shades of colors. A line entirely made with European Oak, a wood for its grain and hue lends itself to the creation of different finishes; excellent results are in pastel shades, white and bleached, shades of gray and green, etc.
COMMITMENT "GREEN" OF CADORIN
To protect the environment and the health of its employees and consultants, as well as its customers, Cadorin has implemented a series of measures in its production cycle: the raw material, ie wood, is carefully controlled and made traceable; components and materials used in the production process are not harmful to humans and respect nature: the acrylic adhesives are applied without formaldehyde (a highly carcinogenic substance), oils and waxes used for the finishes are natural (which means a low environmental impact); all the raw material arrival undergoes screening test for radioactivity.
Cadorin Group then chose to use for its production cycle sources of clean and renewable energy, Which allow the reduction of emissions in the atmosphere of well CO2 306 tons per year. The electricity is supplied by 4.000 square meters of solar panels installed on the roof of the company which generate well 220.000 kWe year of clean solar energy, entirely destined to the production cycle.
The thermal energy is generated by over 20 years, with reuse of wood residues from the production. A highly technological plant allows producing 950.000 kw per year making the company self-sufficient for all production requirements.
Renewable energy produced in this way helps to reduce dependence on fossil fuel imports and to diversify sources of energy supply: an important choice, which meets the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol, calling such activity GREEN testifying respect for nature and attention to environmental sustainability.
The STRIPS THREE-LAYER TOP
