Cubage is the result of a design for a new class A home, belonging to an innovative residential complex characterized by eco-sustainable materials and exclusive finishes.
The result of the Interior Design project by the Flussocreativo studio is a perfect combination between the modernist aesthetics of the architectural structure and the comfortable and familiar atmosphere desired by the client.
The villa is spread over three levels and has a garden with private swimming pool and exclusive access to the terrace which enjoys a panoramic view of the entire surrounding area.
The ground floor consists of a large open space: a convivial environment where the living room coexists, with a modern cantilevered staircase as the backdrop, and the custom-made kitchen, complete with a multifunctional peninsula and a spacious pantry hidden behind the washing area.
The space, flooded with natural light thanks to the presence of two large windows, is characterized by the delicate contrast between the light gray of the walls and the pale green of some elements, such as the seats, stools and slats which create a three-dimensional geometric texture on the wall of the TV and the entrance one.
The warm and pleasant climate given by the natural oak parquet also continues on the first floor, where there is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, which overlook the corridor through large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors .
The entrance to the double bedroom is through the custom-made walk-in closet, illuminated by a large skylight and embellished with backlit uprights and glass doors. Continuing towards the bed you are captured by the wallpaper which camouflages the flush door with access to the master bathroom.
The second bathroom present is dedicated to the two remaining bedrooms, whose wardrobes have been designed to optimize and make the most of the space.
The basement, which can be accessed via the stairs or the lift that connects the three levels, has been designed to allow multi-functionality. In fact, there are various services that make the villa a complete home: a gym area with a large entirely mirrored wall, a relaxation area equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath and sun loungers, a laundry room and a wine cellar. A further unique and characterizing element of this floor is a large window that allows natural light to enter despite being in the underground part.
The attention and care for details placed in Cubage have contributed to making the villa a balanced contrast between the comfortable environment of the interior and the rigor of the exterior.
