GloraX has inaugurated its new central office, designed by the ARCHPOINT architecture studio. Located in a historic building, the office represents a key space for meeting clients and tackling work challenges. The design is inspired by Japanese minimalism, creating an innovative, technological and welcoming environment.

GloraX's new central office, located in a historic building on Nevsky Prospect, is the company's key space for meeting customers and tackling business challenges. The developers entrusted the Archpoint bureau with the task of designing a new environment, creating it practically from scratch. The architects were faced with the goal of creating an innovative, technological (but also welcoming and spacious) interior that combines Japanese minimalism with a family atmosphere. The architects had the main request in mind: their task was to show that GloraX is a company that takes its work seriously and at the same time pays attention to the future, somewhat ahead of its time. The concept developed in the end was able to reflect both aspects.

One of the main ideas of the project was to create a feeling among potential clients that they are not just going to an ordinary office, but that they are in a modern, expensive and comfortable apartment with sophisticated interior design. To achieve this goal, the architects decided to decorate the rooms in a minimalist style, with clean shapes, warm light, pleasant textures and materials.

When designing the interior, emphasis was placed on natural materials. The rooms are furnished with natural leather furniture and the floor is made up of parquet planks. Installations of live and artificial plants create a feeling of unity with nature. Artificial ones were chosen for areas without natural light.

The colors were chosen according to the tones of the natural materials: they are sober and do not attract too much attention with their greyish and brown color palette. No bright color accents have been used, this choice helps to achieve a luxurious feel and high quality interior look. Designer furniture pieces create a relaxed and welcoming environment. At the same time, the internal space includes a combination of "internal" and "external" elements. In this way, clients get a visual idea of essential and sober interiors, which they can then implement in their future apartments.

Another unusual decision made by the architects is the choice of location for a café. It's elegantly tucked away near the reception area. It allows administrators to quickly prepare hot drinks for customers and creates a delicate coffee aroma at the entrance, making guests feel at home immediately.

Two interesting points of the office are worth mentioning. The first is a huge multimedia screen, which is ideal for broadcasting. The second is an elegant guest sink, positioned in front of the glass, behind which stands an olive tree, plants descending from the ceiling against a backdrop of concrete and black sand poured onto the floor.

Another important goal of the project was the rational use of the relatively small office space. The architects made the most of the 300 square meters allocated for the multifunctional office space.

For effective use of each square meter, it was decided to divide the space into administrative zones and client zones. The latter consists of two parts. The first is for new visitors. Here they can settle waiting for negotiations or to sign documents. In addition, there is a children's play area with game consoles and a unique VR zone where you can imagine your future apartment using virtual reality technologies.

The second part of the customer area has been designed for customers who have some disputes or difficulties. It has been arranged in an opposite wing so that emotional conversations do not annoy other visitors and do not distract anyone from their work.

The main feature of the client area is the presence of three open and three closed meeting rooms. Each open meeting room is decorated in a unique style, while the closed ones have been designed so that they can be easily transformed. For example, you can get two rooms of three or combine them into one to comfortably host presentations and important speeches. The walls of the meeting rooms are covered with natural wood panels and are emphasized by well-studied lighting.

In turn, the administrative area has everything necessary for the efficient organization of the workflow. Among other things, there is an open, comfortable workspace for ten people with its own small cloakroom and kitchen.

The interior of the office is premium quality. On the one hand, it encourages making important decisions and concentrating on work, while on the other it mimics an aesthetically pleasing apartment that one could potentially want to buy. This combination made the space multifunctional. Now the company's employees will be able to work here with pleasure and hold business meetings with clients.
