Varandas de Salgueiros, designed by Floret Arquitectura in Porto, Portugal, combines contemporary forms and sobriety in materials. With 17 spacious apartments spread over six floors, it offers private balconies and underground parking. The internal courtyard, terraced and green, promotes community life and connection with the outdoors.

The primitive house, which was completely in ruins, was recovered using the conventional architectural language and techniques of the original historical period.
