Visually, the new Alu+ shower systems feature elegant rectangular lines that are perfectly accentuated by the circular mixer, overhead shower and hand shower. The contemporary design is further enhanced by the possibility to choose between three shiny metallic finishes: Nero Seta, Rosé and Silver. This offers customers the ability to play with color in an exciting new way, allowing them to personalize their shower space.
Sustainability was a priority during the development of Alu+. The collection is made from high quality recyclable aluminum and includes 84% recycled materials. Furthermore, Alu+ is completely free of chromium, lead and nickel. The line features water-saving technology integrated throughout the range: flow regulators limit consumption to just 8 liters per minute for the hand shower and 12 liters per minute for the rain shower, without compromising performance. In this way, Ideal Standard is committed to offering products that are environmentally friendly and contribute to saving water resources.
All plastic parts of Alu+ are made from high performance polymers that comply with drinking water regulations, ensuring that the water is never contaminated by harmful plastics. Ideal Standard adopts sustainability-conscious solutions for the entire life cycle of the Alu+ product, using fully recyclable packaging free of single-use plastics. This commitment extends beyond the production itself and also includes the after-use aspect of the products.
Practicality is a central element of the Alu+ line. This includes support shelves and coordinated beauty bar, with mirrors and shelves of various sizes available in the three colors of the collection. The hand shower and extra large rain shower head offer the user two different spray modes: a regular rain spray and the luxurious SilkRain mode, which allows the shower column to dispense ultra-fine water droplets for a premium, spa-like experience. Switching between spray modes is simple with an easy to adjust lever on the hand shower and Ideal Standard's EasyDial control knob on the shower head.
Both the hand shower and the shower head are designed to be easy to clean and keep limescale free thanks to the EasyClean nozzles. The Alu+ range includes shower columns in thermostatic, mechanical or diverter versions, all equipped with hand shower and two-way shower head with integrated selector. In addition, a shower rail with a height-adjustable dual-function hand shower is included to meet different user needs.
