TARTAN blown glass lamp designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba inspired by the unmistakable design of the wool fabrics of Scottish kilts, a perpendicular intersection of lines that generates ever-changing geometric patterns.

Starting from this inspiration, Ludovica and Roberto Palomba have created together a Foscarini a further variation on the theme of the blown glass lamp, continuing a path that began in 1998 with the Dom model and continued with the Rituals family of lamps.

In the Tartan suspension lamp, made with the mouth-blowing technique inside a mold with particular engravings, the diffuser is enriched with lines and folds, generating a graphic game made up of lights and shadows. The acid etching of the glass surface also offers a sensation of material softness that recalls the fabric.

Rich in personality, Tartan diffuses a warm and suffused brightness in the environment, filtered by the opaque glass, and guarantees a good direct illuminaziore downwards.
