Description
Huggy is an armchair/bed designed in collaboration between Brit Leissler and Lagostudio for Lago. Huggy is a mattress covered in fabric inserted into a small cylindrical lacquered base. The grip of the base ring tightens the lower part of the mattress, keeping it together and creating an enveloping seat with soft armrests. By extracting the base, the mattress unrolls automatically and becomes a comfortable emergency bed if necessary, the upside-down base transforms into a bedside table, and voilà, the guest room is created!
