On the occasion of the twenty-first climate conference in Paris to be held in December 2015, the Belgian artist Mestaoui Naziha it will project “one beat one tree” on the most famous monuments of the city.

The visual installation combines the virtual with reality, technology with nature, as well as what is visible and invisible. Viewers of the artwork will be given the opportunity to create a digital tree that they will be able to see growing on the buildings to the rhythm of their heart, through a heart rate sensor controlled by a smartphone.

The computerized tree will then actually be planted in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.

“Every citizen is a co-creator of our collective future beyond individualism, the artist expressed”.
