The Dutch study MVRDV built the new 'teletech call center' by reusing the structure of the first mustard laboratory in Dijon, France. Thanks to the strategy of preserving the existing building, it was possible to limit the budget to just € 4 million, using a greater part of the funds for the interior design.

MVRDV have just completed the "Glass farm" in the town square of Schijndel, the structure of the building is in metal and is the enlarged version of a typical agricultural construction of the area, the final appearance is the result of a study on the remaining agricultural buildings, conducted in collaboration with Frank van der salm , who made the collage from which the archetypal image of the farm was extracted.
