Mauro Crepaldi / New offices and Civil Status Registry of the Municipal palace of Copparo

The project designed by Mauro Crepaldi for the construction of new offices and State Civil Registry falls within the program recovery of the Town Hall of CopparoAncient Delizia Estense, today the prestigious seat of the technical and administrative offices of the town of Ferrara. The project involves the restoration of the entire ground floor and the redefinition of spaces and activities put in it: in particular, that passage of the project, has affected the east wing of the building with the reorganization of the structure of time subject to degradation rising damp.

Mauro Crepaldi / Restructuring Former Local Court Copparo

The project of Mauro Crepaldi is the need to construct a new building for the Special Human Services Union of Municipalities of Copparese. The company Heritage Copparo Ltd., locates in the Ex Local Court the ideal space for the grouping of activities dall'Assp, until now distributed in multiple buildings scattered throughout the municipality. The draft Mauro Crepaldi part on the willingness of the Administration to transfer the ground floor of the Palazzo Comunale di Copparo the most important services for the citizen, by improving accessibility and the relationship with users. The central atrium of City Hall, opened on the square in Copparo, and for years subject to neglect and decay, becomes the focus of this paper.
