Food not only smells good but also culture. A traditional recipe, the shape of the dish that contains it and also the simple wish "good appetite": all this is part of the civil heritage of a people. The act of eating is often compared to a ritual and as such it should always be a gesture full of meaning and attention, a moment of meeting, a banquet in fact. The 70m2 architecture studio intends to explore this vast theme by presenting multidisciplinary suggestions to the public around the soul of food. Images drawn
