The penthause designed by Pierluigi Molteni Bologna has a very special urban location, in the heart of the city. Occupying the last three levels of a typical Bolognese corner, it turns out to be in close visual contact with the main historic architectural towns. The immediate proximity to the church of Santa Maria della Vita suggested the design of large windows to be able to fully enjoy the views that open up on its imposing volumes. The element of vertical connection is central to the horizontal distribution of the different environments and has been redesigned to make it as smooth as possible the transition between the different levels of the house.
Geberit “Inconsapevoli Fountains” at Bologna Water Design 2013 against water waste!
It is wrong to think that "a pipe does not understand us" if it is Geberit, the leading Swiss group in sanitary technology that in Bologna, between 23 and 27 September, will present an installation created by architects. Michela Benaglia e Domenico Orefice (Benaglia + Orefice Studio) to reflect on the waste of water we all witness (and contribute!) On a daily basis. Hundreds of bottles of water hanging from the vault of an ancient room of the Ex Ospedale dei Bastardini (Via Massimo d'Azeglio 41) will give life to "Unaware fountains" with microphones and lights that will boost the suggestion made by the drops in space.
BilBOlbul International Balloon Festival VII Bologna edition, 21-24 February
Back to Bologna, from the 21 24 2013 February the annual appointment with Bilbolbul INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF COMIC, Edited by HAMELIN CULTURAL ASSOCIATION. The festival, now in its seventh edition, will transform once again the capital of Emilia in the capital of the comic, welcoming city in authors and fans from around the world. BilBOlbul invade the center of Bologna with exhibitions, meetings and events.
