To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Fiam presents “Archistar”: a collection of mirrors resulting from a collaboration with four of the greatest international designers. At the same time looking towards the past and immersion in the present, Philippe Starck offers us a large rectangular mirror that recalls the old beveled crystal frames. The Caadre mirror is yet another demonstration of the way in which Fiam makes technology one of its distinctive features. In order to produce this large mirror, the company had to create a factory in which to melt the glass at a temperature of 1000 °. The curved glass frame is reflective: in perfect continuity with the mirror, it prolongs its reflection. The curved lines deform reality, making this fascinating to contemplate. The world is projected into it, reflected in it, recreated in it: nobody will be able to resist its magical effect! ATTENTION. The lamp attached to the mirror (visible on the image) is not supplied.
