Description

A dream armchair, which combines Scandinavian soul and Italian craftsmanship, for a meeting at the top! Patricia Urquiola continues her reflection on manual production techniques and on the forms of memory revisited with an anti-conformist irony. Klara is a magnificent armchair made on the basis of a natural beech structure, whose design works on the basis of a simple, linear and harmonious aesthetic. The use of wood reinforces the lightness and elegance of Klara. The structure, both functional and decorative, recalls the first mass productions of the early 20th century. For the production of this armchair, Moroso invited producers from the Manzano District, a region of Italy, known for its excellent craftsmanship. The complex manual work and the use of Vienna straw, here used with a manual work technique, which for 100 years, has made this armchair a small masterpiece! It comes in different finishes. Entirely removable and washable
