Description

Simple, imperfect and atypical, these are the characteristics that Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba sought with the Kintsugi line. This collection of contemporary plates is inspired by Kintsugi, a Japanese method of repairing broken porcelain and ceramics with gold.

Kintsugi consists of cups, mugs, bowls, plates and a tray that are cracked on all sides, as if the pieces of different contents had been glued together to reconstruct a single object. Some sides feature floral motifs, others are colored while still others are plain white. Each element of the collection is made of white porcelain and all the elements that compose it are held together by fine gold.

For practical use in everyday life, the elements of the Kintsugi collection are suitable for the microwave and dishwasher. Surprise your guests with this collection that is both fascinating and extraordinary!
