Description

The iconic Taccia lamp is now available in a mini version! It uses LED technology for low consumption, durable and quality lighting. Designed by the Castiglioni brothers, the Taccia lamp is part of the great classics of light. It emerges from the Flos ateliers in the 1962 and looks like a projector. Taccia celebrates industrial design dear to our two Italian designers. This lamp is composed of a base in striated aluminum on which there is a deep transparent glass bell. A painted aluminum disc covers the bell and acts as a reflective screen for the bulb hidden in the lamp body. Taccia diffuses a high quality indirect light, adjustable from top to bottom. A true icon of design, the aesthetic qualities of Taccia persist: resting on a piece of furniture or on the ground, it creates a truly avant-garde loft style. Achille Castiglioni said of Taccia in the 1970 that represented "the Mercedes of the lamps, a symbol of success: perhaps because it remembers a classic column". Model of the 1962 - Adjustable diffuser - Indirect and reflected light - Integrated LED source (not replaceable): 1 COB LED 2700K 1290 LM CRI 92 - 16W - Variator
