Description
The Beat collection consists of four brass suspensions of different shapes. Their production requires an excellent know-how: the brass is hammered by hand according to a traditional technique used by Indian craftsmen! Behind each suspension, the hand of the craftsman is clearly recognizable, that is the gesture of the person who produced it. The outside of the lampshade is painted in matte gray and the inside is silver plated. This contrast of colors, of opaque and reflective surfaces is beautifully enhanced by direct light and by the concentrated beam of light. The shape of the lampshade is geometric, linear and extremely graphic.
