My home collection inaugurates the 2019 in the sign of change, and does so by entrusting to Giulio Iacchetti the artistic direction of the brand.

This collaboration takes shape with the aim of writing together a new and exciting chapter in the recent but already consolidated history of the Florentine brand, founded in 2015 thanks to the experience of the Alivar family. With the entry into the company of Giulio Iacchetti, My home collection acquires Internoitaliano, a project born in 2012 by the same designer - and art director of the brand - and Silvia Cortese, with the contribution of Leonardo Sonnoli for graphics and Massimo Gardone for photography.

Internoitaliano is a system for the production of furniture, furnishing accessories and small objects for the home and the person made in collaboration with a large network of artisan workshops - master potters, carpenters, glass blowers, etc. - spokesperson for Italian excellence and quality. With the acquisition of Internoitaliano, the Alivar group expands its offer by covering a product area, that of objects and accessories, which until now had not been dealt with and thus reaching a much wider target.

In the new My home collection path, Giulio Iacchetti is supported by the graphic designer team of Think Work Observe, which has been responsible for restyling the brand, starting with the new logo, simplified font selection and character layout for a more intuitive approach and impact.

Aimed at a young audience and constantly attentive to new trends in contemporary design, My home collection involves some of the most talented designers of recent years such as Elena Salmistraro, Federica Biasi, Serena Confalonieri, Studio Lido and Alessandro Stabile with whom to formulate the imaginary of an evolution whose first results will be visible during the next edition of the Salone del Mobile with a single space dedicated to My home collection and Internoitaliano.

The synergy between the two brands leads to a reality in the panorama of contemporary design able to offer the market an increasingly broader proposal, designed to satisfy a broad target, involving both the domestic and contract sectors.
