Massimo Iosa Ghini, one of the most prominent Italian architects and designers on the international scene, will be present at the ISH Messe fair in Frankfurt from 13 to 17 March 2023 with the Cruise collection for GSG Ceramic Design.

Iosa Ghini's philosophy is based on the balance between beauty and environmental sustainability, and this principle is perfectly reflected in the Cruise collection. According to the architect, Italian design manages to best combine technology with aesthetics, and the Cruise collection of bathroom fixtures and washbasins is a perfect example of this combination.

Cruise presents itself as a flexible collection that crosses styles, offering products with great personality that integrate perfectly into different contexts. The decisive but soft lines give character to the shapes, which are welcoming and reassuring to ensure the maximum possible comfort. The collection is complete, with a wide range of dimensional solutions, declined in the wall-hung and floor-standing versions (toilet and bidet) and accompanied by a large variety of wall-hung and countertop washbasins.

But environmental sustainability is at the heart of the Cruise collection. All materials are used or reintroduced into the production cycle, completely eliminating processing residues. The packaging used comes from recycled materials, and each toilet is equipped with a "Smart Clean" intelligent flushing system which guarantees savings of over 60% of drinking water and much more effective cleaning.

Cruise therefore represents a perfect balance between beauty and environmental sustainability, which has always been at the heart of Iosa Ghini's philosophy. The architect is known for his innovation in design and architecture, and has been a lecturer at the Sapienza University of Rome and at the Hong Kong Polytechnic.

His projects have received numerous awards and mentions, including the International Architectural Award by Chicago Athenaeum, the Good Design Award, the Roscoe Award, the IAI Green Design Award, the iF Product Design Award and the Red Dot Award. In 2013, the Milan Triennale dedicated an entire anthology to him "From the beginning to the sustainable today", and in 2015 he received the Marconi Prize for Creativity.

In summary, the Cruise collection by GSG Ceramic Design designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini represents a perfect balance between beauty and environmental sustainability, and will be one of the main protagonists of the ISH Messe fair in Frankfurt from 13 to 17 March 2023.
