On the occasion of the Milan Design Week, the Brescia-based company will present an unprecedented version of the OGGETTO collection as part of the FREE.DOM installation.
With the enthusiasm and desire to establish itself in the world of design that distinguishes it, ARTIS will participate in the Fuorisalone 2023 as a partner of Simone Micheli. The taps and fittings from Brescia will be present in the context of DESIGN RE-EVOLUTION, the itinerant initiative organized by Interni which can be visited from 17 to 26 April.
The FREE.DOM installation, conceived by Micheli and built in the Cortile dei Bagni of the University of Milan, will consist of three different "cages": two of them will house a stylized bird, the third will be empty with the bird next to it "in flight", to symbolize the importance of personal choice in order to be able to free oneself from the meshes of the system.
The installation - a formal manifesto as well as an intellectual metaphor that well represents the creative conception of the architect of Tuscan origin - will unfold among twenty-seven display cases, located on the perimeter of the cloister, which will contain products from selected companies consistent with the message of the exhibition . Inside they will find space for four washbasin mixers from the new OGGETTO3 series, an unprecedented version in a pastel yellow finish from the successful collection designed by Micheli for ARTIS.
