With great satisfaction, the Brescia-based company receives the news of this prestigious international award born in 1950 on the initiative of Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames and organized by the "Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies".
Gemmy's success is due to its curved and slightly rounded lines, which evoke the large mooring cleats and soft shapes of the icons of the 50s, especially the Porsche 356.
Furthermore, its peculiarity of joining base and body in a single harmonious shape is much appreciated: the rosette, thanks to a technical solution designed by Manital, becomes a single component with the connection between lever and door, integrating perfectly into the silhouette with a language that appears familiar and offers a tactile appeal to the hand.
