The taps of the Brescia-based company increase their approval within increasingly exclusive frames.

Built in 1935 as a private residence, designed by the Florentine architect Severino Crott, the Tafuri Castle dominates the south-eastern coast of Sicily, in front of the island of Capo Passero. In a strategic position between Noto, Marzamemi, Modica, Ispica and Ragusa, this charming residence currently used as a luxury hotel embodies the testimony of the different phases of restructuring that have characterized its history.

Remained incomplete until 1957, the Castle was acquired by the Tafuri family and transformed into a hotel as early as 1964 before undergoing a phase of abandonment. The redevelopment project of the Tafuri Castle starts from the will of the owners to return a territorial asset that had lost its quality to its ancient splendor. Based on the scientific and planning coordination of Fernanda Cantone, the choices reflect the desire to highlight the transformative phases of the castle.

The Tafuri Castle today is a charming hotel that has managed to preserve the values of the past through a contemporary reinterpretation that respects and enhances every original material, shape and color. The white stone that distinguishes the structure emerges as the protagonist, trait d'union of a scenographic complex equipped with all comforts: from the panoramic swimming pool with solarium to the refined restaurant, passing through the lounge bar and the splendid terrace overlooking the sea that offer moments of relaxation in a unique location. The STILO series by Artis has found a coherent and refined collocation in the bathrooms of the eighteen elegant rooms and suites, confirming the vocation of Brescia taps to insert its excellent creations in the most exclusive frames.
