Grattacapo is the ceramic multi vase designed by Vito Nesta which leads us into the enchanted world of his Barbary. The inspiration this time comes from the comb.

"All the chickens are coming home to roost " and when it happens it is a real headache ...

Lost in the labyrinth of Ariadne and, in his hands a skein to unravel, we are in the midst of a whole collection. From being fun, jumping from the world of games of Tailoring to the maturity of Barbary, loosens the frenzy of the game and created the first doubt, the first uncertainty, the first trouble, and it is there that with a little bunch 'of flowers, stems the need to bring order.

How in the world of Alice through the looking glass, where everything is out of proportion, comes a new object: "headache". Coated ceramic, looking pop and (as always) oversized, pastel scented Italian, from silver lacquered tortoiseshell until years' 40, a new object is space for every flower, without distinguishing between the noble ones countryside.

A comb stems from eleven, eleven flowers sian also different from each other, giving them the same space defining harmony.

In a moment a vase and a "comb", created to bring order in the rooms of the house (and heart) gives every flower its proper dimension.

"Hundreds of thousands of smells seemed worthless in the face of this one odor. This alone was the superior principle according to which other perfumes had to be classified. It was pure beauty. " - P. Süskind -
