The monolithic design of the Table of Megalith Duffy London takes inspiration from the book "The Sentinel" by Arthur C. Clarke, embryo of the novel "2001: A Space Odyssey", and the film of the same name directed by Stanley Kubrick.
The glass top supported appears in a miraculous balance on top of monoliths in the fall, frozen in a permanent state of collapse.

Duffy London has created its own identity by molding objects of remarkable design from nothing. The floating Up Table, Which floats on a myriad of balloons; the Flying Carpet Coffee Table, which seems to float in the air; the informal Swing Table surrounded by rocking chairs suspended; there Shadow Chair perfectly balanced on two legs.
No need to be afraid of the big bad wolf with Axe Coffee Table, Console Table and Dinning Table. Created by Duffy London for an exhibition, these tables are based on the tale of the Brothers Grimm “Little Red Riding Hood” Winner of the Peta Levi Memorial Bursary 2010, they are part of a collection of furniture inspired by the tales of Grimm.
