Tubes Eve has won the renowned recognition by including Tubes Radiatori among the winners of the 2021 edition of the iF Design Award, among the most important international awards in the sector. The Eve heating object by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba it is part of the Plug & Play collection of and has already won the Red Dot Design Award 2020, Archiproduct design Award 2018, German Design Award 2019 in the Energy category and Big See Award 2019 in the Work category.
Eve is an electric design object that brings warmth, light and well-being, while being both a heating element with an attractive shape and a lamp. Eve heats with a blast of hot air, which is emitted 360 degrees from a floor level slot. Heating is electric and adjustable on two powers (400W and 800W) plus the booster function for two hours. In the same way you can adjust the function of lighting: the light, which can be dimmed, diffuses, like heat, from the lower part of the sphere.
Each year, the world's oldest independent design institution, the iF International Forum Design GmbH, based in Hanover, organizes the iF Design Award. This year, nearly 10000 products from 52 countries have applied for the coveted quality seal. Eve was selected by a jury of 98 members, experts from all over the world, for its innovative technology and its multifunctionality.
Already conquered in 2016 with Rift, in 2019 with Astro and in 2020 with Step-by-Step, Tubes is not new to the iF Design Award, which for 67 years has rewarded quality and innovation in the following categories: Product Design, Packaging, Communication and Services, Interior Architecture and Architecture, Professional Concept, User Experience and User Interface.
