Tonelli design, with the new line of Mirage tables designed by Matteo Ragni, experiences the design coexistence of two materials that are usually distant as glass and wood.

Structural alternation of transparent material and wood creates an optical illusion that enhances the appearance and improves the interaction with the product glass.

The elegant austerity of the glass and the enveloping warmth of wood are combined with a new technology that uses compounds and adhesives for "Veneering the glass". The collection consists of two low tables with flat rectangular and square, a bedside table and a console on which you can choose from eleven finishes Alpine woods that allow you to customize the furniture.

"Veneer glass is first of all a design challenge, but also a dream to fulfill: the idea of combining two materials so ancient and antithetical, one cold and one hot, one smooth, perfect, the rough and perfect other in his imperfection. They are born of the furnishings perceptually unsettling that, thanks to the use of reflective surfaces, create optical effects that break the material into a continuous play of reflections and lights.
