Lucia, the new color range 2016 HI-MACS: five new shades, three of them born of the renewed cooperation with the Dutch designer Marcel Wanders: Ice Queen, Queen and Shadow Star Queen.
Previewed at the International Exhibition BATIMAT in Paris, the collection LUCIA is a careful combination of the depth of the material with a joyous tonal palette, for an organic effect, and fascinating material.
This new series gives the world of design and architecture freedom to create ever more ambitious and creative projects, with particular attention to technique and technology. With LUCIA, in fact, the solid surface HI-MACS still retains all the qualities that have brought him to the pinnacle of the international market: versatile, thermoformable, durable, with invisible joints, as well as waterproof and hygienic, because no pores on the surface.
The three new colors of Marcel Wanders harmoniously complement the colors and Red Lentil Quinoa, whose shades bring warmth and contrast.
Full of personality and concrete example of the identity of Marcel Wanders, Ice Queen, Queen and Shadow Star Queen lend themselves to playing with each other and create powerful contrasts, recalling the flickering light of the moon, as well as deep water, the sparkling light sun on the crystal surface of the ice and the misty shades of mysterious landscapes.

The 'bright textures' created by Marcel Wanders vary dall'opaco to translucent, with a mix of microparticles with larger particles that give them an intense brightness.
