With the new strategy of the CEO Giuseppe Di Nuccio, FontanaArte anticipates Design Week with a capsule collection, available today in the Milanese flagship store of Corso Monforte and in a network of selected stores.

The new BILIA Mini is built on a smaller scale and with a range of “spray colors” ranging from precious and satin colors to pret-a-porter pastels, conceived by Gio Ponti in 1932 when he designed the original Bilia fullsize.

Two essential and recognizable geometric shapes: a cone and a sphere. In an extraordinary balance of proportions. And a palette of 10 breathtaking color variations: White - Black - Green - Blue - Yellow - Red - Black Nickel - Polished copper - Satin nickel - Satin brass.

Dimensions, weight and ergonomics have been designed to fit perfectly into a secretaire, a coffee table or a side table: a concept that blends Ponti's metaphysical heritage with the chromatic playfulness and metallic finishes of the contemporary lifestyle. Equally at home in a Milanese lounge or in a New York club.

"Analyzing the identity of FontanaArte, it was natural to choose for the launch of the new strategy an object whose shape, materials and authorship express an image of essentiality, capable of continuing its dialogue with the user, generation after generation", says Giuseppe Di Nuccio, CEO of FontanaArte. “The founder and art director of FontanaArte, Gio Ponti, originally designed a different version in terms of scale and color of the Bilia, which for decades has conquered spaces all over the world. We have found the soul of FontanaArte and we have given it new exciting colors “.
