The Swiss company USM celebrates the first anniversary of the form par excellence, USM HallerWith project50.
Project50 is an international laboratory of ideas.
USM has brought together a select number of teachers and students of the faculty of design and architecture of the USA, Japan, France, Germany, England, Italy and Switzerland and asked them to thoroughly analyze the form also to trial and offer new interpretations of the system USM Haller.
For a week, the idyllic estate of Domaine de Boisbuchet in southern France, the students are dedicated to research and development projects and drafts on "rethink the modular", supported by experienced teachers.
The students' work on the theme "rethink the modular" will be presented in an exhibition curated by Burkhard Meltzer and Tido von Oppeln, at the Fuori Salone in Milan 2015. Even the stand at the Salone del Mobile will be made in line with project50.
