Greasy fast food is the new street in the center of Palermo.

The draft DIDEA has transformed the pre-existing architecture - an antiques shop with a longitudinal development and divided into contiguous rooms - into a single environment, chromatically turned to shades of gray and crossed by a large counter in exposed concrete and wood, which characterizes the room.

A suspended volume perforated sheet black crowning of the counter serves as a small warehouse / storage, and support of lamps mounted in different points and adjustable, allowing ever new lighting setups.

The use of industrial materials also permeates the areas of food and simple arredi- stools and wooden shelves and rail and plays in contrast to the original flooring of the first decades of the '900, unique decorative character of the room.

The big iron frames and glass entry opens outwards, in a continuity between inside and outside that highlights the nature 'street' of the room.
