Flussocreativo Design Studio signs a house, near Brescia, with a refined style, full of colors and full of energy, like the hostess.

Light elegance in the green.

The quiet of Bovezzo, in the green of the first hills of Brescia, a modern building and the decisive personality of a young landlady (mother of two small children and super busy in the family business) with the desire to have a personalized home, a peaceful yet joyful retreat that instills security and is also open and inclusive. These are the ingredients of the project that Creative Flow Design Studio , a young team from Brescia, has interpreted according to his cultured, rigorous but surprisingly light approach to interior design.

The villa, an architecture structured on three levels with as many apartments, houses the residences for the families of three brothers who together manage an entrepreneurial activity in the food sector.

Ville & Casali presents the attic of their sister, who lives here with her husband and children. “Our client has an engaging and sunny personality - say the designers Gianfranco Di Costanzo and Daniel Facchetti - and this in some way guided our stylistic choices. We wanted the house to reflect the owner's brilliant temperament, referring to the style of an airy elegance, without neglecting the client's desire to dare, to give a lively and original touch to a home where to spend precious time with his family and carve out spaces free from demanding work. The basic idea, therefore, was to create a neutral envelope without too obvious elements, inside which to build a sort of welcoming, cheerful and functional nest. "

To achieve this, the designers first of all worked on the quality of the finishes and colors. The continuous and seamless floor throughout the house is in Gaia Gray, a precious natural stone of a uniform gray color, the walls are white or take up a palette of refined shades of blue and powder blue. Some formal solutions underline the desire to minimize the interference of elements such as the attachment of the curtains, inserted in the false ceilings, or the doors chosen in the full-height flush version.

Inside this elegant and luminous shell, the Flussocreativo designers have defined fluid paths, which include privacy and sharing, and expressed their harmony with the client "We discussed everything - they say - and, counting on a relationship of total trust, we have chosen everything, from standard furniture to custom-made furniture designed by us, up to contemporary works of art to be included in the rooms ".

So here it is this house, empathic and playful, populated as it is with furnishings of various origins: from iconic and not obvious ones such as the Ekstrem armchair by Varier, a postmodern project of the late 80s signed by the Norwegian designer Terje Ekstrøm, to pieces chosen with care and without preconceptions in the panorama of series objects, such as the Ploum sofa by Ligne Roset, up to the custom designed elements such as the mirror with white lacquered wooden frame and the sideboard in MDF, oak and white painted iron, designed by Flussocreativo, as well as the works of contemporary artists also linked to the local reality such as Luciano Witkowski Mello Pinto, Corrado Spreafico, Iros Marpicati.

The important thing is to know how to choose. And here everything plays in favor of a calibrated balance that reverberates a light rich in meaning and never banal. To contribute to this sensation of full success, the role of natural lighting integrated with the carefully studied artificial one, and resolved mostly with the luminaires of great names of Italian production.
