The project designed by Mauro Crepaldi for the construction of new offices and State Civil Registry falls within the program recovery of the Town Hall of CopparoAncient Delizia Estense, today the prestigious seat of the technical and administrative offices of the town of Ferrara. The project involves the restoration of the entire ground floor and the redefinition of spaces and activities put in it: in particular, that passage of the project, has affected the east wing of the building with the reorganization of the structure of time subject to degradation rising damp.
The project revolves around the recovery of vast historical archive, Concentrated in only two libraries out of scale, that redefine and free space within which the activities take place reception of the public and the back office. The furnishings, exclusively white, alongside the walls in some cases naked from plaster to show the overlap of various periods from the ancient cross Delizia Estense.
