Modular living spaces designed to accommodate the needs of a family in evolution. The project of Infini Duffau & Associés was presented at the competition of ideas for the home intermediate between large buildings and houses organized by Oppidea, actor of local development of the city and the region of Toulouse.

Oppidea is now recognized as the preferred partner of the urban community of Toulouse Métropole in the implementation of its new urban project.
Today, when you purchase or rent a home you choose based on some key features including the place, the neighborhood or even a pleasant view.
You buy or rent a space and our life is shaped by organization functional dwelling.

So many families are choosing to buy more space than normal apartments because they are easier to evolve over time. But the big urban expansions create serious problems of land management. We note that today it is impossible to take possession of a volume; all that remains is to undergo the spatial organization of the apartments. For this it is necessary to reconsider the position of the individual in the process of development of housing.

However, now it is impossible to build larger apartments without that rents are compromised. This means that offer more surface penalizes occupants. What we propose is the creation of several systems that can be managed on several levels, in order to overcome the constraints resulting from the lodgings not minded with the 'progressive'.
