The Norwegian study TYIN tegnestue architects recently completed 'naust paaAure', a shed on the northwest coast of kommune Aure in the municipality of Møre og Romsdal, Norway. Keeping the traditional boat and fishing gear storage space, this structure replaces a dilapidated building from the 1800s, reusing the original materials to build the new structure. Converted for summer holidays,

the long façade is made up of formwork that can be opened completely to accommodate the air and keep the only internal environment cool. Simple steel fittings allow the shutters to be lifted upwards, making them assume the function of shelter for the adjacent external space.
