The SHIN project by the Flussocreativo studio begins with the stimulating comparison with the pioneers of Japanese catering in Brescia and the desire to renovate their current restaurant, transforming it into a seductive experience where quality meets atmosphere.

The project concept stems from the desire to combine the refined art of cutting fish with the area where the restaurant is located, involving the rocky architecture of the city and making the customer experience immersive within a microcosm shaped in nature.

The three rooms, which have different scenarios, make up the space of about 280 square meters and are united by a precise relationship between materials and dark shades punctually illuminated on tables and finishes.

The entire renovation of the venue focuses on the interconnection between the "ingredients" used, such as the vertical surfaces that reveal a succession of solidity and delicacy thanks to the faithful rock reproductions and the enveloping black velvet. The dark setting finds the only note of color in the Canaletto walnut wood used for the tables, while the rice paper that covers the large luminous spheres of the two rooms completes the oriental reference within the space.

The horizontality of the luminous lines and the metallic effect used as a covering for counters and sofas complete the idea of cutting the material into the environment, like the blade of the Shobu-Bochu capable of sensitively dividing the quality of the product and making the preparation by the chef a work of art.

On the mezzanine floor, which can be reached by a passageway covered in "Canaletto walnut", there is the most intimate and reserved room of the restaurant where there are two areas for exclusive use with sofas and tables illuminated by the Shoji scenography present on the perimeter of the room.

The Shin project is a material connection and sensations best summed up by the pay-off of the restaurant, a true "Japanese Experience".
