La company building entrepreneurship HEJA, in collaboration with real estate agent and owner Laurentius (Breda, The Netherlands), has the property project Stack, Built by Van de Ven Bouw en Ontwikkeling, (Tilburg, Netherlands) And designed by architectural firm Marius van den Wildenberg.

On top of the streets of Breda Loevensteinstraat and Valkenierslaan, arise twelve villas: Building transparent Office and two residential blocks with 56 apartments. 'Stack' ('Pila', in Italian) refers to the superimposition of geometric shapes from which the project was born.

I residential blocks catch the eye and have a strong vertical rhythm thanks to the large balconies that give residents a large outdoor space. The overlapping balconies are offset from each other and offer a magnificent view of the green landscape between Bavel and Breda.

Positive, bright and friendly.
Given the location in a gray neighborhood, with a sixties / seventies architectural style, the goal was to build a residential complex that was characterized by a positive, bright and welcoming atmosphere.
