In this project CVDB Arquitectos there is a search for dialogue between the building and the public park. The ground floor functions as an extension of the public space, which houses the community spaces, (auditorium, museum, bar), while the working floors (the 1st and 2nd) are transformed into a public garden via a continuous and open veranda on the opposite facade.
Urbanistically, the building strives to consolidate the urban front, while opening its corner to form a protected entrance to both the public park and the building. Its interior is divided into two bodies, one serves the other, connected by an empty space where all the circulations develop and which brings light inside.
