Located in the central part of the medieval quarter of Girona and overlooking the Plaça de Sant Domènec, in Spain, this house called Alemanys 5 is located within an original building of the sixteenth century. The property was recently renovated by architect Anna Noguera, And it's amazing

design that integrates old and new, traditional and contemporary: "The new layout respects the logic of the structure to adapt it to new functional requirements. On the ground floor, the front door, you enter the vestibule and small premises, the first floor c 'is a house with an output of the internal courtyard, the second and third floors are home instead dwelling on two levels, with the sleeping area on the lower floor and the living room and kitchen on the top floor with a covered terrace to provide a view. The project is organized around the two axes that structure the ground floor. The scale has been moved to position it next to the elevator, in the space between the two lines of the directional axes. "This space is configured as the hinge that generates' entire system, "said Anna Noguera, architect Alemanys 5.
