Simplicity in plan and section coupled with the translucency of the upper floors makes the original tower relatively readable without compromising privacy.
The sturdy columns and concrete beams create a minimalist framework along with tamponade u-glass on all floors, a scenario of industrial architecture with modern wooden furniture, white walls and filtered light blue for the upper chambers.
