This beautiful "Penthouse" (obvious: apartment of great size usually located on the top floors of buildings or skyscrapers prestigious), overlooking the beautiful bay of Cape Town, in the suburb of Camps Bay, one of the most luxurious of the capital of South Africa.

Besides being particularly spectacular, this home has the characteristic of having chosen a style all Italian for the floors, made by a company based in Fiorano Modenese specializing in the production of ceramic tiles. A reference only and particularly for the prestigious "Made in Italy" which once again proves to be at the top in the world in terms of taste, quality and design.

The project in question chooses porcelain tile floors wood effect: the tiles with satin finish in shades "sandal" create contrast with the white walls and furniture of the apartment, making it warm and welcoming the spacious living. The effect "used" the wood is harmoniously combined with modernity "minimal" furnishings, creating a vital and extremely refined. The breathtaking view of the bay of Cape Town, then the unique setting that makes this even more exclusive environment, with large windows that provide maximum brightness and a striking view on the landscape.

The same floors as the living room were installed on the terrace, available in indoor and outdoor versions, thus creating a sophisticated total look between indoors and outdoors. The tiles used are those from the Nuances porcelain stoneware flooring collection by Fap Ceramiche (Mo), proposed in the rectified slatted 22.5 × 90 and 15 × 90 sizes, in six different wood shades: beech, oak, sandalwood, oak, olive and walnut. , both for indoors and outdoors.

The style of "Made in Italy", therefore, blends perfectly with the South African love for beauty and nature. The rest is the wonderful "skyline" visible from up here, a glance exceptional ocean and city. Breathtaking.
