David Fisher / DYNAMIC TOWER "the rotating skyscraper"

Torre Da Vinci or Dynamic Tower is the rotating skyscraper designed by the Italian architect, but of Israeli origins, David Fisher. A 420 m high tower, for a total of 80 floors each of which can rotate 360 ​​° independently of the others around a central axis (taking about 90 minutes to complete a full circle) at the will of its occupants, determining an aspect always changing and unexpected of the building.
