An extraordinary two-story luxury villa located in the prestigious Al Mamoura district in Doha, Qatar. Designed by the Russian architects of RYMAR.studio, the villa combines contemporary design elements with a spa retreat atmosphere.

In the beating heart of the capital of the Emirate of Qatar, stands a residence that embodies elegance and modernity: a two-story villa located in the prestigious Al Mamoura district. This architectural work is the result of an international collaboration, with Russian architects who have created an exceptional residence using light beige travertine and matte black metal. However, this abode goes beyond mere structure, representing a new perspective on modern life in Qatar.

The choice of Al Mamoura for its location is not accidental. The villa is close to important sports and cultural institutions, including the renowned International Exhibition Center and the Al Ferij Stadium. But it is not only the strategic position that makes it fascinating. The neighborhood offers a developed social infrastructure, with high quality international schools complementing the surrounding ecosystem.

The architecture of this villa stands out for its uniqueness and refinement. An international project by the renowned architectural firm RYMAR.studio, it is the first in the Middle East and the third in the studio's portfolio. The conception was led by Maxim Rymar and Alexey Shangin, who conceived a space that combines the elegance of a spa retreat with the needs of a modern businesswoman and mother of four.

The redesign project involved a complete renovation of the villa's facades, keeping the previously approved internal layout intact. At the entrance to the residence, impressive chrome sculptures inspired by the art of British contemporary artist Tony Cragg welcome guests, introducing an atmosphere of refined aesthetics and harmony.

The brilliant architecture lies in the harmonious fusion of pillars, ledges and niches, gracefully integrated into the surrounding context. The main goal was to create an aesthetic that blends the architecture with the surrounding space, and the result far exceeds expectations. The walls almost seem to fade away, giving the structure lightness and liveliness. This dynamism is amplified by plays of light and shadow, transforming the villa into a constantly evolving work. However, the three-metre high fence surrounding the property ensures the necessary security, typical of Doha.

The entrance opens up a spectacular panorama of the swimming pool and internal courtyard through immense panoramic windows that extend from floor to ceiling. Through the expansive foyer you come to the luxurious living room and dining room, both featuring impeccable design.

The interiors follow a light and natural color palette, enriched by stone and wood details. This chromatic combination creates a harmonious link with the external environment and the surrounding nature. Unique decorative elements, artwork and European designer furniture complement the interiors, demonstrating incredible attention to detail and unparalleled style.

The external façade is a combination of light natural stone and matt black metal inserts, which create a play of light and shadow, giving the building an atmosphere of lightness and dynamism. However, the real jewel of the architecture is found in the inner courtyard, a secluded oasis protected from prying eyes and surrounded by a high fence. The pool with waterfall and automatic cover blends with the interior of the house, creating a desert paradise.

The play between inside and outside is continuous thanks to the large windows, and every detail contributes to creating a heavenly environment. This villa represents a perfect combination of luxury, functionality and design, confirming its role as an extraordinary example of contemporary architecture in the heart of the emirate.
