“Happy life” is a large-scale project conceived by the eclectic personality of the architect Makio Hasuike, which will be presented during the Milan Design Week (April 8-13) in the MH WAY showroom in Via Durini 2.
"Happy Life" is dedicated to the person, to some simple steps that are repeated in everyday life, the need to wear and live. "Happy wear" versus "happy living": Makio Hausike osmotic establishes a dialogue between two worlds increasingly coming, that of fashion and that of design, interpreting them in a dynamic lifestyle, contemporary nomad, in perfect harmony with the philosophy Free Spirits brand MH WAY.

Those Makio Hausike designed for MH WAY are innovative, look strong and charismatic, with a palette of rich colors and vibrant, convertible and equipped. Dedicated to urban nomads and digital natives, inspired by the latest trends and new lifestyles.
Mix and Match are the collections Urban, latest creations signed by the designer, designed to live their daily freely, leisure and work.
Mix Match
It 'a folder unisex rubber tip. It is lightweight, flexible, elastic, soft, pleasant to the touch,
customizable thanks to 36 colors available. Its shape, which recalls the old folder to the school, is an expression of a deep desire for simplicity and immediacy: the flap closes with two elastic bands that also become a decorative contrast. The shoulder strap in cotton, thanks to a special hook on the back, turns the bag into a backpack.
All materials used are fully recyclable. The bag is 100% made in Italy.
Urban
It 'a collection of bags and backpacks convertible and functional, designed to follow the rhythm of urban dynamism and the frenzy of short trips. Ideal to move freely, especially on two wheels, nourish body movements thanks to their light weight and portability guaranteed by the materials and technical fabrics. Versatility and details are part of the project and make specific the various models: reflective strips, elastic tapes to compact space, handle to hook helmet, velcro fastening at the bike basket.
HAPPY LIVING
A joyful and carefree vision that makes us imagine a convivial and family atmosphere where you can
talk, sit and smile in pure free spirit. Makio Hasuike has imagined two sessions, "Cuddle" and "Dress Up", instinctive and empathic that, while leaving intact the pure function of sit, offer a new sense of comfort and aesthetic pleasure, that relates to our more intimate feel.
The two sessions, albeit formally different, are united by the application of textile materials for technical or aesthetic characteristics allow to obtain a surprising expressiveness.
The characteristics of the fabrics and their application exploit the technique akin to the manufacture of bags and are carefully selected to suit the characteristics of the item.
Cuddle
It 'a chair of limited size is characterized by the coating Lycra.
The fabric bright color and fine texture coats the metal through the use of hinges that follow the profilo.La soft and sensuous shape changes, deforming under the pressure of the weight, the fabric gives "embracing" ideally the person , due to the material that has elasticity controlled bidirectional. This interaction between the object and its host is surprising for its immediacy and freshness and we cuddle softly.
Dress up
Frank and lively, this chair changes according to the "dress" it wears. Command the dress! ... the structure follows. The expressive logic is thus freed from the classic formal repetition (upholstered structure) declined in a range of fabrics with multiple colors. Dress Up transforms and combines with fabrics designed ad hoc for a rich and variable collection of “total look” seats.
The spirit of the project does not want to express exclusivity, rather freedom and personality. Thanks to the easy to assemble and modifiable, whatever it is (reclaimed wood, metal or plastic) material of the dress can take different characteristics, both technical and expressive.
